The situation
What they needed
KCL take on large refurbishments and new builds, but the old site read like a small domestic plasterer. Builders and developers sending drawings at nine at night had nowhere to put them.
The build
What was made
- A full rebuild in September 2026, with a magazine-style opening and the client’s own photos from site
- An enquiry form that takes drawings as PDFs and routes by who is asking: builder, designer or homeowner
- Separate pages for drylining, plastering, feature ceilings and render, each set up for Google
